Site layouts for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Also included in this recent photograph drop appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had formulated development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by building residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a legend identifying different parts of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for boat shelters.
Further materials disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative release.
